Can’t ask anything more from bookmaking…

An almost effortless book

“At night I see the stars and moon shining
through the branches.
When it snows the branches look like sugar cakes
piled high with soft white tops.
I can see a hill shaped like a turtle far away.”

This book was a total delight to both write & illustrate.

I also thought it was easily the most ‘poetic’ of the books I’ve written. But it was totally well received. The editors had almost no changes.

Can’t ask anything more from a bookmaking experience…
